Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

After production checkout launches, paid orders will be delivered by download link, install/add instructions, email, or another digital method shown on the product and checkout pages.

Delivery or payment problems

• Payment succeeded but delivery was not received.
• A download or delivery link does not work.
• Delivered content materially differs from the product description.
• Duplicate charges or other payment errors.

Digital content and cancellation rights

Where applicable law allows immediate digital delivery to affect a statutory cancellation right only after prior consent and notice, production checkout will obtain that consent before delivery begins.

If legally required notice or consent has not been completed, this policy does not pre-emptively remove statutory consumer rights.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
